Return and Refund Policy

Durango Outdoor Exchange accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the condition received, returned with original packaging when possible, complete with included parts or accessories, and supported by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Email service@swedenchoice.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, customized products, personal care or hygiene items, hazardous materials, gift cards, final sale items, and original shipping fees unless required by law.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Customers
For orders delivered to the European Union, customers may have a 14-day cancellation right where applicable. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us.
